Arrive at Guwahati airport received and transfer to Manas National Park - the most stunning pristine wild life habitat in India covering an area of 519sq km and the first tiger reserve of Assam. Overnight at Manas.
Day 02: ManasToday after breakfast full day birding by jeep. Evening back to the lodge and stay overnight at Manas.
Day 03: Manas - Nameri National Park - 310 Km / 06 hrsAfter breakfast drive to Nameri National Park - the National Park & Tiger Reserves of Northeast India the park covers 200 Sqkm. of area. Tourists from all over the world come to this park to view the beauty of nature & the rarest treasures of this park and also to enjoy river rafting in the Jia - Bhoroli River flowing through the park. On reaching, check in the Eco - camp. Evening free on own. Overnight stay.
Day 04: Nameri Wildlife National Park TourEarly morning birding inside the jungle on foot to spot the famous white winged wood dick. Back to the camp for breakfast then enjoy an exclusive river rafting in the Jia Bhoroli River. After noon again birding in the jungle. Overnight Stay at Eco Camp.
Day 05: Nameri - Eaglenest, 135 KmToday we will proceed to Eagle Nest Wild Life Sanctuary of Arunachal Pradesh. On way will visit Tipi Orchid Centre at Tipi. Afternoon, birding around Lama Camp and stay overnight at Camp.
Day 06: EaglenestToday full day sightseeing tour to explore at Eaglenest. Overnight Stay at Camp.
Day 07: EaglenestToday full day excursion tour to nearby tourist destination to explore at Eaglenest. Overnight Stay at Camp.
Day 08: Eaglenest – KazirangaAfter breakfast transfer to the Kaziranga National park - the UNESCO world heritage site and is a home of more than 80% of the world's population of the Great One Horned Rhinoceros. Declared as a national park in 1974 and as a tiger reserve in 2006.The national park has a significant amount of Elephant , Tiger, Wild boar and 400 species of birds both resident and migratory. Upon arrival checkinto the wildlife resort. Overnight stay at resort.
Day 09: kazirangaEarly Elephant ride in the central range followed by a Jeep safari in the same range. The central range is good for the water birds such as Falcate Teal, White - eyed Poachard, Grey headed Fishing Eagle, Crested Serpent Eagle and spot-billed pelican. Afternoon another jeep safari in the western range of the park. Overnight halt at Kaziranga
Day 10: kazirangaEarly morning birding at Panbari reserve then another Jeep safari in the Eastern range of Kaziranga national park. Overnight Stay at Kaziranga.
Day 11: kaziranga - Dibrugarh – Dibru-Saikhowa National ParkAfter breakfast drive to Dibrugarh , Guijan Ghat on the banks of the Brahmaputra River passing the city of Tinsukia which is 45 km away. We continue for about 7 km till we reach a simple, rustic eco lodge that will be our base to explore the reserve. After checking in, we take a walk along the banks of the great river – the surroundings are varied and interesting – in the immediate vicinity is the ghat or the river jetty with wooden boats used by the locals, as you walk away from the river you come upon a tea garden and as you look to the north you can see the outline of the great Himalayan range. Birds are always there to surprise and please you as you walk along.
Day 12: Dibru-Saikhowa National ParkWe take a motorized boat sailing upstream to get to one of the many islands that form the park. Keep an eye out for the river dolphins that pop out of the water from time to time. Disembark and go birding through tall grass and open areas. We return to our base and this time sail downstream to another island. In the afternoon walk short distance to a ‘beel’ or marshy water body and jump on to small canoes rowed by village lads – going slowly across these marshes you can spot numerous ducks, swamp hens, storks, egrets, herons. As the marshes are close to villages you can see fishing nets on the edges and experience village life too if you desire to explore it.
Day 13: Dibru-Saikhowa National Park – DibrugarhAnother round of birding by boat/ canoe or on foot and then drive back to Dibrugarh or extend your stay/ take optional tour to Namdapha National park, Kaziranga, Majuli Island, tribal tour to Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh.
Day 14: Guwahati: Assam Silk, Pilgrimage centresAfter breakfast drive to Today you will visit Sualchuci, the Manchester of Assam. Which produces some of the finest qualities of 'Adi' and 'Muga' silks hand-woven and presented in colourful dresses. There are lots if you want to buy as souvenir. Also visit Hajo an all religion pilgrimage centre. Arrive back at your hotel by afternoon. Rest of day at leisure. overnight
Day15: departureDay free till the time of departure from Guwahati airport/railway station.
